MCCID Donates to Typhoon Victims

A total of Php 16,290.00 were distributed to representatives of families of deaf students who were victims of recent floods brought about by Typhoon Ondoy during a simple program held last October 27.

Those who were invited to receive their donations include the families of Jeiel Karl Haguisan (Nangka, Marikina City), Lendl Pozzolo Penaranda (Project 8, Quezon City), Kurt Patrick Galicha (Novaliches, Quezon City), Rommel Isagani Rosas (Cainta, Rizal) and Edwin Azares Jr. (Kalumpang, Marikina City). Jeiel was represented by his father, Kurt by his mother and Edwin by his mother. The other two failed to attend. However, their donations were given to the deaf students.
