The short docu-film was a collaborative efforts of Asia Pacific Development Center on Disability, Japan International Cooperation Agency, National Council on Disability Affairs, Resources for the Blind and MCCID College of Technology. The video showcased the work made by the Philippines in promoting information and communications technology for the disabled persons. Complimentary DVDs were given to attendees for free. “Marlon” was shown last year at the Cinemanila International Film Festival and won Best Documentary of 2008. My recent film is entitled, “Bakal Boys” of Cinemalaya. Thanks.
