Central Luzon Broadcasting Network CL TV 36 featured the Grand Launch and Blessing of MCCID College Pampanga Campus at Inocencio Magtoto Memorial Foundation Inc. in San Fernando, Pampanga last July 19. Among those who interviewed were IMMFI Chairman Claire Magtoto, Liliane Foundation National Coordinator Sis. Agnetia Naval and MCCID Deaf Trainor Lucky Paltep as interpreted by MCCID Training Director Jojo Esposa.
