FOR THREE-YEAR COURSES:

  A. Must submit the following requirements:
      1. Original High School Card (Form 137);
      2. Certificate of Good Moral Character;
      3. High School Diploma (photocopy);

  B. Must take up and pass the qualifying examination for sectioning.

  C. For School Valedictorian, Salutatorian and 1st Honorable Mention
      1. Must submit a Certificate of Proof from the School Principal
           stating the recognition;

  D. Must pay the indicated tuition fee for 1st semester.
           (Inquire personally on the amount per semester.)

  E. For those applying for TESDA Scholarships, please refer to the Scholarship button on top.

  F. Must sign together with their parents a "Peace Agreement" stating among others:
      1. That the student has never been a leader nor a member of a
           fraternity/sorority or any other anomalous/unlawful group;
      2. That the student has never been involved with any of the activities
           of such group;

Note: Student applicants who are found to be a member or involved in such groups are automatically NOT ACCEPTED.

FOR ONE-YEAR CERTIFICATE IN SIGN LANGUAGE COURSE:

  A. Must pay the indicated tuition fee for 1st semester
           (Inquire personally on the amount per semester.)

FOR ONE-SEMESTER COMPUTER SOFTWARE OPERATIONS TECHNOLOGY COURSE:

  A. Must pay the indicated tuition fee for 1st semester
           (Inquire personally on the amount per semester.)
