Note: * – As of 2000, the Department of Education has a total of 131 schools listed as Special Education Centers. However, not all of them offer programs for the deaf. Their records also do not specify what types of disability those schools offer (visually impaired, hearing impaired, autism, etc.) and we are having difficulty verifying them. The schools listed here came from information based on encounters with deaf people who visit MCCID. They are mostly from the National Capital Region as well as in key cities and provinces.
