PRESSING NEEDS
As a non-stock, non-profit foundation for the deaf, MCCID relies mostly on basic tuition
fees and scholarship funding from TESDA, rotary clubs as well as our own personal pockets to make it afloat. Right
now MCCID is in dire need of the following:
- MULTIMEDIA PROJECTOR - Presenting data and instructions through multimedia projector systems enhance learning and improve quality of training. This equipment is also vital in holding conferences and seminars.
COST OF ONE UNIT - P 65,000 or US $1,160
- SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS FOR QUALIFIED DEAF STUDENTS - Many deaf students coming from poor families are in need of financial assistance.
