In celebrating the Christmas tradition of gift-giving, Manila Christian Computer Institute for the Deaf student body launched last December 1 the Share-A-Toy for the children of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija.
Now on its fourth year, MCCID has again requested students and staff to donate their old and unused toys stacked up in their houses. Manila Christian Institute of Technology (MCIT), a sister school of MCCID in Nueva Ecija is the one responsible in distributing the toys to the needy children of every baranggay in the 4th-class Municipality of Cuyapo in Nueva Ecija. Special party will be held on December 21 at the MCIT school grounds.
This year, aside from the yearly gift-giving affair, MCCID collected a sizeable cash amount and was donated to the residents devastated by typhoon Reming in the province of Albay. The donation is coursed through Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church, Marikina City and will be sent to their satellite church in Legaspi City, Albay.
