The Competency Examination for Data Encoders were given in November 2003. There is a 100% passing rate for all MCCID STUDENTS. According to the supervising official and examination proctor of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), so far, this is the first time they experienced an all-passing rate of examinees in any given schedule.
