Congratulations to the participants of the 2-day Conversational Sign Language Training sponsored by the Municipal Social Welfare Division of Rodriguez, Rizal which was held on October 26 and 27, 2017. MCCID’s Deaf Instructors Sir Ervin Reyes and Moises Libot assign sign names to the hearing participants while MCCID Training Director Jojo Esposa leads the training.
