ATM: Photo exhibit and awarding of winners and top finalists of “Kahit may ‘K’ Ok!” Photo Competition as part of International Day of PWDs sponsored by Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation, Inc. MCCID’s Sir Moises Libot was one of the finalist and the only PWD participant.

Congratulations Sir Moises for being one of the winners and the only deaf participant! He received a special medal and a cash prize worth P2,500. He was selected in spite of joining in these contest for the first time and competing against hearing professional/hobbyist photographers.

Dubbed KAHIT May “K” OK, an NCDA Photo Contest, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) in partnership with Federation of Philippine Photographers Federation Foundation has invited photographers to shoot photos that can inspire and tell stories of dreams, triumphs, aspirations, and strength of people with disabilities.
